i'm a hobbyist/freelancer from the US. i work in healthcare full-time (background in phys rehab) and like to draw whenever i can.
i love to draw cute creatures with unique designs and fun colors. it's my dream to contribute character art or designs to more creative projects one day- please reach out if you'd like me on board!

★ Commissioning Process ★
To commission me, first either fill out a form (google forms or ko-fi) or shoot me a DM with your inquiry.
I'll get in touch with you to accept your order. At this point, I might ask for more information for your piece and will send an invoice via Paypal*. Please make sure there is a means for me to privately contact you for this!
After you have paid your invoice, I will begin work! I send progress shots once the sketch is complete. this is the best time to dish out criticism! If I've drawn something incorrectly, you aren't happy with some details, want to change things up, etc. just say the word and I'll start fixing it up. Please don't feel bad for asking for edits! This is my job and I want to do it well. Making major changes at this stage is ideal! Note that revisions are not available for sketch commissions (barring mistakes on my behalf, I will fix those!).
You can ask for updates or further progress shots whenever you would like, though after the sketching phase revisions will be limited.
Once I'm done and the final piece has your approval, I will send it to you! A lot of times I provide the file through my Dropbox to maintain quality.
*If you are ordering through Ko-fi, an invoice is not needed. Just pay through the site!
★ Artist Rights ★
I do not begin work until i have received payment. Once you have received your invoice, I expect payment within ~48 hours. Payment plans can be discussed for larger orders ($150+). I accept paypal (USD) only.
I may decline or cancel an order for any reason. see Cancellations & Refunds for more information.
I reserve the right to use commissioned artwork/designs for personal/professional use (i.e. as commission examples, for my portfolio, etc.) - if you do not want me to upload your commission publicly, please tell me up front.
Revisions requested after the piece is completed will incur an additional fee.
Deadlines must be discussed prior to an order being accepted and paid for.
★ Usage and Reposting ★
You are free to use commissioned work for personal use (profile pictures, page decor, personal prints, etc.), but not commercial/profitable purposes.
Design commissions are yours to do as you please with. You can edit it as much as you would like. I do appreciate a credit for the initial design as needed!
Reposting is fine so long as you credit/link me appropriately. My handles can be found here.
If reposting the full piece, please do not crop out my signature (cropping an image for a profile picture or similar is fine)
Don't use my work for the purposes of training AI, creating NFTs, etc.
Just don't claim my work as your own and we are a-ok!
★ Paypal Info. ★
Any and all orders made through paypal are for a digital file only, which are uploaded to my accounts and/or sent to you digitally. Therefore there is nothing to physically send you and I do not need an address.
Invoices are expected to be paid promptly (within ~48 hrs). Please have payment available upfront.
If you need more time to pay the invoice (ex. you get paid in 3 days), just let me know!
Issuing a chargeback will result in declination of future inquiries. If you have any concerns, questions, etc. please communicate with me : )
★ Cancellations & Refunds ★
Cancellations are rare; I typically only cancel orders if I am not personally pleased with the quality of the order or time constraints.
If I cancel your order, I will send you the progress I have made and refund accordingly.
You may cancel and ask for a refund at any point throughout the process.
The amount refunded correlates with the progress made on your drawing. If refunded at the sketch phase, you will receive 75% of the initial cost, 50% after line work, 25% after coloring, etc.
Refunds will not be granted after a commission is completed.
